Steph is one of our Senior Stylists and a Supervisor too! She joined the team in August 2023 and has settled in perfectly. She’s already been giving Donna a run for her money, literally, when they took on the Great Eastern Half Marathon together! Steph really enjoys being a Shader because she loves that the business invests in staff training. She believes that she is constantly able to grow her skills and be able to provide her clients with the best service and freshest techniques. As someone that has suffered with frizzy hair, Stephanie’s favourite haircare tip is to sleep on a silk pillowcase. You will notice the difference in frizz the moment you wake up, and this also helps with hair breakage. Steph loves creating that natural balayage look, but also adores getting creative with her cutting skills.
