Lauren joined our team as Salon Manager back in July 2017. She loves being a Shader as she says it makes her feel like part of a family, with all the family growing together. Lauren sees her role as bringing the stylists together and helping them flourish. Tihis is something she is really good at because she loves helping people grow and learn. Although Lauren is not a hairdresser, she does have a top tip. She warns that you should never go to bed with wet hair. Instead, keep the health of your scalp perfect with air drying or blowdrying on a cooler temperature. As someone with drier blonde, she is also a big advocate for the Oil Reflections hair range.
